We are looking for:
 
HR MANAGER LEARNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
 
Responsibilities:
Reviews and/or conducts training needs analysis, reviews, and co-facilitates in-house training modules/programs.
Ensures the preparation of all training requirements prior to the conduct of the training program (budget, memo, training materials, hand-outs, certificate of attendance, venue, food, and accommodation).
Strategizing and implementing training and development interventions to increase organizational capability in achieving desired business results.
Strategizing and implementing initiatives and processes to measure employee performance and address performance gaps
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
With at least five years of managerial experience in human resources specializing in Learning and Organizational Development.
Extensive background in training, organizational behavior, management, and leadership; industrial relations and labor relations as well as administrative.
With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
