Bachelor Degree holder
At least 3-5 years with strong technical know-how on HR Admin functions (Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits Processing)
Experience in a BPO company
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure business support with implementation of local & Global HR Admin services
Ensure adequate staffing of the local site
Supporting local staff & teams development for performance
Supporting Organizational Development interventions
Supporting client relationship
Coordinating the local HR team & processes
Recruitment Process:
PC & Internet Assessment (WFH Survey Test)
English Language Test
Initial Interview with the HR Recruiter
Internal Assessment Center
Background investigation
Simultaneous interview with HR Manager & final interview with VP for HR
