Job summary
The HR Manager of BF Metal is expected to lead and oversee all human resources functions of the organization.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course
Candidates with Master's Degree related to Human Resources Management will have an advantage
With at least 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of Human Resources
Has work experience as an HR practitioner in the construction industry
Has previously held the position of HR Manager or other positions similar in capacity
Has the capability to lead sections encompassing all facets of Human Resources
Candidates with experience working in ISO certified companies will have an advantage
Exhibits exceptional leadership and management abilities, complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates strong coordination, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Technologically proficient
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php35,000.00 to 55,000 per month
