Internal Communication:
Responsible in the release of five (5) articles daily
Responsible in releasing a sound article without any form of biases to the rights of the employee and company.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
Government Benefits:
Assist in the documentations and timely transmittal of employees' benefits availment and updating to SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth and BIR.
Responsible in the maintenance and timely deduction of employees' availed benefits to SSS and Pag-Ibig.
Responsible in the timely processing and collection of advances to SSS.
Responsible in the monthly reporting of newly hired and separated employees to SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth.
Company Benefits:
Responsible in the timely preparation and implementation of company affairs and yearly uniform issuance.
Responsible in the timely serving of employee's request for benefits and incentives
Assist in the documentations and timely transmittal of employees' benefits availment and claim to Accredited HMO Provider.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.

Graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree iin Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or course equivalent
Knowledge in creating an article and gathering information is an advantage, but not necessary
Must have professional competence; good interpersonal skills, flexible & possesses positive attitude
Pro-active; honest in all his dealings; decision must not be easily influenced by other people.
Flexible; knows how to handle situation under high pressure; has the ability to prioritize his job and able to manage time wisely.
Result Oriented; focus driven and knows how to fullfill his commitment
With good written and verbal Filipino and English communication skills
Computer literate and familiar with MS Word, Excel & Outlook
With pleasing personality
Preferably with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Filmora, Canva and or any other editing application
Licensed Psychometrician is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
Ability to deliver quality output despite being under pressure
