1.Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs
-Recommends amendments of the existing Conduct and Discipline;
-Create, establish and develop Human Resource System
-Plans, organizes, and directs the activities and staff of the Department, including recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee benefits, environmental, health and safety, organizational development and training, payroll, labor relations, affirmative action, and risk management.
2.Process document and prepare reports relating to:
-Recruiting and staffing;
-Labor Documentation;
-Organizational planning and development;
-Performance management and improvement systems;
-Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
-Employee orientation;
-Policy development and documentation;
-Employee relations;
-Compensation and benefits administration;
-Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
-Employee service and counselling;
-Disciplinary Action Proceedings.
3.Handle conflict management including disciplinary committee and employee grievances;
4.Enforces disciplinary actions for violation of the Company rules and regulations after due investigation of the personnel concerned;
5.Conduct orientation to Employees on existing rules and regulations, policy legislation and amendments.
6.Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
-Attendance monitoring;
-Absences;
-Bonuses;
-Leaves, etc.
7.Performs other related tasks as may be assigned to him/her.
