Your Role and Responsibilities
The role is part of the IBM Training and Skills squad that provides program coordination assistance to program managers and virtual class management support of the IBM Global education services (Self Paced Virtual Class / Instructor Lead Online / Classroom training) on a 24x5 basis.
The identified candidate will also get cross-trained in the other major processes within the account.
These involve the following:
Develop an understanding of the content, learning objectives and learning paths of the practice areas and service lines being supported.
To be able to set-up class in an online platform and other tools needed for the delivery.
To be able to facilitate online class/es and provide basic technical support.
To be able to coordinate with program managers and instructors for the successful delivery of the online class/es.
To completely document the daily deliverables (tracking).
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Fluent in Japanese and English languages
Strong multi-tasking and delegation skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, is a must
Role model / positive influence to the team, a total team player
Shift Schedule: Mid Shift
Location: UP Ayala Technohub Commonwealth Avenue Quezon City (Currently working from home until further notice
