Qualifications:
Taking up BS Psychology or BSBA -Human Resource Development Mgmt.
Excellent Communication skills
Resourceful and Creative
Willing to be trained
Willing to work from Mondays-Fridays (8am-5pm) and Saturdays (8am-3pm)
Willing to work onsite.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
We will provide 150 pesos allowance per day.

No experience required for this role
