₱ 20,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
The HR Assistant supports the HR Officer in ensuring smooth and efficient company operation. The HR Assistant will assist the HR Officer managing recruitment process, employee relations, regulatory compliance and benefits.
General Responsibilities
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Assist in government transactions when needed.
Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick leaves, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, and benefit changes
Assist in the communication and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
Other tasks assigned by the HR Officer as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or related course
At least 1-2 years related experience. HR experience in a BPO environment is an advantage.
Strong English communication
Strong knowledge in Ms Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Photo Editing software is an advantage but not required.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
