Conduct technical and non-technical recruitment within the given time frame
Plan and strategize talent sourcing by coordinating with headhunters, PESO, academic institutions and participating in job fairs etc.
Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of HR Manager
Conduct proper on boarding of new hires by ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements, workstations and other items in joining docket.
Propose ,implement and improve effective recruitment systems and procedures
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Collect and report applicant recruitment data necessary for strategic hiring
Monitor personnel movement and manpower requirements of every department
Coordinate with HR Manager in composition and documentation of company job positions
Post and update job openings in online advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Perform related duties and responsibilities for Human Resource and Administration as required
Establish a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Extensive experience in sourcing and selection (testing administration, interpretation and evaluation, interviewing)
Must have knowledge in advertisement and corporate branding
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications.
Multi-tasking ability, keen attention to details, goal orientation and strong customer orientation are required
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
