₱ 30,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
The Health & Wellness Specialist will contribute to strategizing, designing, and implementing health & wellness programs.
The role will deliver the following: Strategic Program Management
Conducts market research and leverages internal data to draw meaningful insights to support in developing health and wellbeing strategies
Confidently evaluates, presents, and implements the wellness programs at scale
Proactively monitors, measures, and uses data analytics to provide meaningful insights about the effectiveness of the programs
Identifies potential program enhancements to increase or mitigate utilization Learning & Enablement Facilitation
Collaborates with internal functions/ teams and vendors to deliver the programs
Creates content for trainings and facilitate the sessions
Targeted Enablement: Provides customized enablement (ex., leads and teams with I&D hires) Competency Requirements:
Research skills
Leverage data analytics to gather insights
Ability to Collaborate and network across different functions and levels
Excellent understanding of this subject and prior experience of 2-8 years with corporates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
Ability to manage sensitive incidents/scenarios
Project Management skills
Presentation skills
Must have:
2 - 5 years of experience Human Relations (Employee Benefit, Employee Relation, Health and Wellness) or Talent & Rewards training or background
1-2 years of experience in project Management (end to end process - Health and Wellness)
Must have MS Excel - Intermediate; With experience in making dashboards or utilization reports Internal:
With background in Human Resources Good To Have:
Experience in Power BI
Experience as People Manager
Vendor relation skills
Communication skills
Experience in clinic management/clinic staffing and HMO services
Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health
Experience in handling wellness program and mental health related activities
Electronic medical record (handle system in relation to health and wellness)
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
2 years of experience
