The Role:
As the HR Head, you'll be pivotal in creating a work environment that is dynamic, positive, and conducive to innovation and collaboration. Your role will be central to building a workplace where team members feel valued and are driven to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy in line with our business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, ensuring we attract and retain skilled professionals.
Create employee retention strategies focusing on career growth and job satisfaction.
Manage employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and HR operations.
Oversee performance management, including compensation and benefits planning.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs.
Provide guidance in HR best practices and policies.
Who We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 10 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the construction estimation, finance, admin, and IT sectors is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Leadership experience in HR teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR strategies to business objectives.
