Research, suggest, implement, and monitor compensation and benefits programs for the organization.Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.Ensure legal compliance of HR state and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as requiredProvide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations mattersReports to the CEO for any proposal, updates, initiatives, and others.other HR tasksRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or other related fieldAdditional HR training or experience is a plusExcellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessResourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policiesKnowledge of any HR systems or toolsBackground in training and development, and recruitment is an advantage.Ameeratel
