Oversees the various HR services and processes such as timekeeping and payroll administration, benefits administration and the separation process of employees (i.e. conducts exit interview, routing exit clearance, sees through the turn-over of supplies and/or ID, and coordinates the schedules of the release of the final pay in coordination with Payroll and Timekeeping).
Oversees the facilitation of employee movements which include in-placements, reassignments and promotions of employees considering employee skills and career development
Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate person.
Obtains and orients temporary help by forwarding requirements and criteria to temporary services; providing information and directions.
Enrolls new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion.
Orients employees on benefit programs.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Eligible to work on a night shift.
