HR GENERALIST
Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training coordination, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and aligned with company goals.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, interviewing, job offers)
Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires
Monitor probationary evaluations
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and workplace issues
Issue Notices to Explain (NTE), disciplinary actions, and documentation
Facilitate administrative hearings when necessary
Promote positive employee engagement and company culture
Performance Management
Monitor and coordinate annual and probationary performance evaluations
Assist department heads in evaluation process
Consolidate evaluation results and recommend actions
Compensation & Benefits
Assist in payroll coordination (attendance monitoring, leave tracking, overtime validation)
Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Process leave applications and monitor attendance
Training & Development
Identify training needs
Coordinate internal and external training programs
Maintain training records
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain 201 files and employee records
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
Prepare HR reports (turnover, headcount, attendance, etc.)
Handle clearance and exit processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1-3 years experience in HR (preferably in retail or operations setting)
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to handle confidential information
