HR GENERALIST (For Hayat Sky Towers)
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates hiring such as reviewing, evaluating, recruiting, screening. interviewing, hiring and making assessment and recommendation for the qualified applicants and coordinates or corroborates with departmental heads to understand skills and competencies required for the vacancy.
Conducts and acquires background checks for employee eligibility verifications.
Keep track, maintain, files, organize and keep safe employee 201 files.
Administer and facilitates end to end process of an employee ( e.g. conducting proper exit and procedure and interview for the separated/resigned employee and assist employees for the clearance procedure).
Create and generate official internal documents. letters and policies implement internal procedures and regulations with an emphasis on ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Act as mediator and resolve conflicts related to work and employment between and among employee/co-employee and supervisor/manager.
Address employee grievances and take appropriate disciplinary action against the erring employee.
Creating and initiating employee engagement plans, activities and programs and getting the necessary budget for approval of the said program/activities.
Organize annual employee performance review and evaluation in order to address and appraise their salary accordingly.
Provides and conducts orientation of policies and procedures, company profile and company benefit for newly hired employees.
Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate supervisor and/or Management Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
At least two years in Hotel industry based experience in HR facets (recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning & development and employee relations)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
Has strong and work ethics and can act with integrity and confidentiality
Computer literate
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent leadership, organizational and emphatic skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome
