Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Human Resource or BS Psychology
At least One (1) year experience in human resources development ( recruitment, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, regularization, employee discipline, etc)
With excellent oral & written communication skill
Ability to multi task, highly organized & systematic
Can work under pressure
Computer literate
