JOB SUMMARY
-Perform various HR functions (recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training)
-Implementation of company and HR policies
-Maintain HR and admin records, administrative work
QUALIFICATIONS
-Atleast 2 years of experience as an HR Officer in a Supervisory level
- Well versed in HR functions, knowledgeable in Philippine Labor laws and other regulations, employee training. Knowledge in processing government mandatories requirements
-With leadership skills, strong organizational skills and high-level of ethical standards
-Proficient in MS Office and written communication skills
-Administrative experience an advantage
-Bachelor's degree in human resources or other field as long as qualified with the work requirements
