HR GENERALIST
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & selection: creating a job description, advertising the role, screening candidates, conducting interviews, carrying out tests and assessments and selecting the successful candidate.
Employee Relations: Thoroughly investigate and report on all employee relations issues,maintaining positive employee relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Compensation and benefits
Master payroll: Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
Labor law compliance
Conducting training and development programs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management
With work experience in HR management or related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills
Strong understanding and knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
