We are a service-oriented company offering a wide range of products and services, from printer consumables, repair and service maintenance, printers, computers, and peripherals.
 
We are looking for a qualified HR GENERALIST to join our team. As part of the team, you will ensure the strategic conduct and implementation of legally accepted Human Resources management functions and processes.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Performs other duties as directed by immediate head from time to time
Qualifications:
College graduate in any field or any Human Resources related courses
Must have a good sense of responsibility and strong initiative
Excellent computer skills
Strategic thinker and able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to identify and resolve problems
Proactive and can work well under pressure
