Performs recruitment and selection functions.
Oversees compensation and benefits administration of the company.
Ensures compliance with government benefits and mandatory reports.

Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate of any course related to human resource.
Preferably with two (2) years of experience as HR Generalist with a sea-based manning agency.
Must have an ability to multi-task.
With good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
