HR GENERALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs all activities of Human Resource department which includes implementation of company policies, sourcing and recruiting, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and other HR functions.
Submits monthly reports and as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or with equivalent practical experience.
Knowledgeable in various HR functions such as Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation & Engagement, and other functions
1 year and above experience
Working knowledge of the use of computers and proficiency with Windows-based software; specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Can effectively communicate in English both in written and oral form
Performance-driven, flexible and result oriented
Disciplined work ethic and can deliver expectations with minimal supervision
Adherent to and compliant with established procedures and processes and can work under pressure
Preferably from Talisay City, Minglanilla and Naga City
