HR Generalist
 
Qualification:
-                Diploma in related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
-                Possess a high degree of confidentiality.
-                Possesses a proactive approach at work with high attention to detail
-                Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
-                A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation
-                Strong proficiency in Excel and proficient in Office applications.
 
Job Description:
-                Responsible for providing support in the administration, processing, and communication, hiring process and the staff benefits in compliance with the statutory and company policy.
-                Day-to-day operation activities include but are not limited to handling of staff benefits matters, leave administration, and to provide support in monthly reports.
-                Ensure timely and accurate processing and submission of claims in accordance to the relevant policy terms and conditions, while being able to analyze and make decisions based on each unique situation.
-                Work closely with team members to handle end-to-end Operations and Benefits related inquiries and to liaise closely with the staff.
-                Ensure and maintain good relations to all staff / workers while protecting company interest.
-                Undertake any other duties and projects assigned
Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects assigned by management
