Job Description
1. Recruitment
Be in charge of all recruitment activities for the Philippines branch, such as: contact candidates, build database, design tests, arrange interviews, job offer...
Formulate and develop recruitment strategies and processes in line with industry trends;
Source potential candidates from various channels;
Monitor key HR metrics;Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Maintain and develop potential candidate resources;Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment websites;
Other recruitment duties and tasks as assigned by superiors.
2. HR Admin cum C&B
Prepare and manage offer letters, labor contracts, employee records and HR related documents.
Draft/Revise company policies.
Liaise with external partners.
Support onboarding and termination process, including documentation preparation, communication to associated departments, orientation, exit interview and onboard/off-board checklist.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee's profile.
Manage timekeeping & leaves, overtime and other regimes and implementation of labor regulations.
Responsible for all reports related to payroll calculation.
Provides advice pertaining to relevant labor laws.
Manage and assist employees from various departments in Manila and Vietnam.
Other office administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
Your Skills And Experience
At least 3 years of experience including all of Human Resources functions;
MUST HAVE A PERSONAL LAPTOP;
Good at computer skills especially Excel;
Able to communicate in English;
Knowledge of labor law;
Hardworking, careful, high sense of responsibility;
Willingness to learn new skills and take up challenges;
Have the ability to work independently and in a team;
Can work full time: Mon - Fri.
