Job Description:
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring
complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
 Coordinates in the implementation of performance management system.
 In charge in employee's benefits. (SSS, HDMF, PHIC etc.)
 Monitor's employee's summary of performance and evaluations.
 In charge in monitoring HR Assistant's way of implementing human resources policies and
procedures.
 Responsible in conducting final interview for the applicants.
 Reviews Training proposal coming from HR Assistant.
 In charge in informing the CEO about the status of employees and office.
 Performs timekeeping of weekly and semi-monthly paid employees.
 Responsible in maintain 201 files.
 Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
