At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection
Knowledgeable in contract management, company-initiated benefits, employee relations and training and development
Able to start with short notice (within 10 days)
Can effectively work under pressure
Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
With Professional manner and strong ethical code
With updated knowledge in Philippine Labor Law, Compliance and Equity Regulations
Can recommend solution to simple employment and employee compliance issues
Fluent in English, Filipino
Has strong organizational skills
Adept in written and verbal communication
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Can do cross-functional collaboration
Has excellent project management skills
Can work under pressure and meet required deadlines
