The HR Generalist is responsible for the following
Recruitment - end to end talent acquisition processes and drafts pertinent reports as required by the Immediate Head.
Compensation - responsible for all transactions involving statutory benefits such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, and BIR. They are also responsible for other benefits as initiated by the organization
Other tasks that may be assigned (involving the other facets of HR)
Graduate of Business/Human Resource Administration/BS Psychology or any related field.
Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office/GSuite.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
With at least 1 year of experience
Must have the potential or skills for interviewing, sourcing
Above average communication skills
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Financial Services 2 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
