Duties & Responsibilities:
The job generally requires the ability to perform the following duties:
Recruiting and staffing logistics
Organizational and space planning
Performance management and improvement systems
Organization development
Regulatory compliance and reporting
Employee orientation, development, and training
Policy development and documentation
Employee relationship management
Committee facilitation
Company-employee communication
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education
Responsibilities:
Design and update job descriptions
Craft emails for attracting passive candidates
Source potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g. professional forums like Mynimo, StackOverflow etc.)
Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
Create and analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
Apply effective communication strategies
Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
Designing and updating job descriptions
Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates
Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g. professional forums like Mynimo, Stack Overflow etc.)
Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms
Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video)
Preparing and distributing assignments as well as language, logical reasoning, and numerical tests
Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media
Providing contacts of qualified applicants to the company’s Hiring Managers
Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits
Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire and time-to-fill etc.)
Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs
Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs
Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and also helping them onboard
Employee Relation matters.
This includes all HR work related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
Preferably with at least 1-year experience in HR functions.
Prior experience as an HR Generalist.
Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
Sound knowledge of all labor regulations.
Experience with resume databases, ATS and referral programs
Sound knowledge of full cycle of HR Generalist.
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
