The HR Generalist will be responsible for the day to day administrative operations and transactions in HR, focusing on Compensation & Benefits Administration and Employee Relations.
Providing support in Onboarding new hires
Maintaining employee database and 201 files
Managing attendance system
Processing payroll
Responding to employee queries
Execution of Employee Relations procedures
May be required to carry out additional administrative tasks as requred by the HR Manager
University degree
Excellent written and spoken English
At least 1 year of experience in C&B administration
Good knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government benefits procedures
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
