Qualifications:
Candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology/ Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
With at least 2 to 3 years of experience managing a US Team/US Company as HR Generalist or as HR Generalist in the Philippines
Required skill(s): knowledge in US & Philippine Labor laws & practices; HR systems, such as Bamboo HR
Above average communication skills (Written and Oral), MS Office.
