Handling of various Human Resource functions in their assigned site office, such as but not limited to the following:
Talent Acquisition
Proactive sourcing of candidates through the existing sourcing channels (i.e. online job portals, job fairs, manpower providers, referrals, etc.)
Handling the screening and selection of candidates from the initial interview to the administration of pre-employment requirements
Preparation and discussion of employment contracts and job offers with considered candidates
Communicating to the concerned group the onboarding details of newly hired employees
Compensation and Benefits
Handling of statutory and company benefits enrollment
Provision of assistance in processing Ayala Coop and other government loan applications and certification requests
Provision of assistance in processing employment certifications and verification requests
Processing and monitoring timekeeping reports
Employee Relations
Participation in overall planning and logistical preparation of company events and activities
Conduct of post-event review and report to ensure program effectiveness and improvements
Sending of employee separation notification to concerned units and facilitation of exit interview process
Strict implementation of company policies and rules and regulations
Training and Development
Facilitation of New Hires Orientation Program and other training and development programs
Conduct of post-event review and report to ensure program effectiveness and improvements
Documentation and updating of training records, inventories, training participant profiles, development records, etc.
Processing of billings and other financial transactions needed by team
Maintain good working relationship with internal and external business partners
Handling of work-related inquiries and concerns
Participation in any process improvements and system enhancements/developments concerning the core responsibilities of the team
Preparation of reports and analyses, as needed
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior and the Management, in general, which are necessary for the accomplishment of his/her core work and other project deliverables
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
Has a pleasing personality and can deal with different levels of people.
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
