HR GENERALIST
 
Under the HR Head, this position is responsible in ensuring the strategic conduct and implementation of legally acceptable Human Resources management function and processes.
Working knowledge of at least two of Human Resources processes such as talent acquisition and management, organization design, workforce planning, performance management, team development, culture management, employee relations, discipline and discharge, compensation and benefits, learning management, legal compliance.
Possesses a general knowledge of legal requirements for handling employee cases. Familiarization with the Philippine Labor Code.
Excellent computer skills specifically MS Excel
Strategic thinker and able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
Experience in managing teams with strong organizational skills, keen to detail and deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and can work across multiple levels in the organization.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Proactive and can work well under pressure.
