Job Scope
• Payroll Management: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of company payroll, including but not limited to salary, benefits, and deductions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Benefits Administration: Manage the employee benefits program and answer employee queries about benefits.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on payroll and HR metrics to senior management.
• HR Operations: Assist in the management of daily HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee record-keeping, and compliance with labor laws.
• Compliance: Stay up to date with the latest employment and labor laws and ensure the company's compliance.
• Employee Engagement: Play a role in employee engagement and culture-building activities, promoting a positive work environment.
