Responsible in over seeing compensation and benefits administration and maintaining good employee relations
Must have exposure and knowledgeable in labor law and employment regulations
Responsible in hiring, entrance and exit interview of employees
Fast learner and multi-tasking
Pro-active and flexible
Ability to meet deadline and drive assignments to their completions
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Knowledegeable in Excel and MS Word
Knowledgeable in current marketing trend and strategies
