Job Qualification:
1. With Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any Human Resource Development/Management courses
2. With at least 6mos of Purchasing experience
3. 1 year of Admin and Clerical
4. Amenable to report onsite (Makati)
5. With a pleasing personality
6. High level of Customer Service
Job Description:
• Canvasses for possible suppliers for comparison of prices and quality of materials to be ordered based on approved Requisition forms.
• Screen and Ensure compliance of suppliers to established Supplier's Accreditation requirement
• Updates list of accredited suppliers regularly. Conduct annual evaluation of suppliers
• Prepares Purchase Orders based on approved Requisition Forms.
• Handles monthly orders of office supplies, cleaning materials and pre-paid load allowance.
• Prepares monthly office supplies reconciliation reports.
• Control & Monitor office supplies consumption
• Review & Updates existing policies and procedures relative to purchasing regularly.
• Process request for payment to suppliers.
