You are and Oddefy HR Executive. Along with the Managing Director and HR team, you execute general Human Resources functions and processes that are implemented within the organization and assist in bringing about employee welfare and work efficiency.
You also dabble on all executive work related to the overall Operations of the company may it be administrative or logistics, making sure that vital aspects of the daily operations are being taken care of.
1 Year Relevant HR Experience * You must be culturally fit for the agency, as most of the work involves people management.
You must have significant experience in the HR field.
You must have a strong sense of professionalism and can command authority both with the external contacts and the employees.
You must have the flexibility to tackle different business area challenges and must be comfortable with the start-up setting.
You must be a structured problem solver, one that can think clearly, even during high pressure moments.
You must be comfortable being outside the main spotlight and roll up his or her sleeves to get things done.
You must have strong personal accountability for results.
You must have strong commitment to teamwork in support of the company's success.
You must have adherence to ethical business practices.
