We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resource / Executive Assistant. This dual role requires a self-motivated professional who can effectively manage both HR-related tasks and provide executive-level support to our top management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of HR expertise, administrative skills, and interpersonal abilities.
 
 
Job Description:
 
Human Resources:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain accurate records of employee information, benefits, and attendance.
Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and create a positive work environment.
Help manage employee relations, addressing concerns and assisting in conflict resolution.
Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support the HR Officer with various HR projects and initiatives.
Executive Assistant:
Provide high-level administrative support to the top management, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Handle incoming communication, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, responding on behalf of executives when necessary.
Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and seminars.
Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Assist in special projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in HR administration and executive support roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
