HR ER PERSONNEL
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS/BA in Psychology or BA in Human Resources Management
Previous working experience as HR ER Personnel for at least 1 year
Knowledgeable in Labor Law and HR Best Practices
Experience in handling grievance cases (Notice to explain, Disciplinary action) is a must.
Familiarity with employment rules and regulations Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) is an advantage
Great Interpersonal Skills who are able to build relationships with the employees;
Performs counseling to employees
Good judgement and problem-solving skills in resolving conflicts Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
