Key Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is:
To proactively understand the business strategy and translate into high impact people interventions
Collaborate with various HR teams and colleagues to design/deploy global and pan GSC people programs and initiatives
Coach and advice people leaders on all people related matters
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Scope of responsibility includes partnering with the leaders for their business requirements including people interventions to support business strategy including the areas of talent trajectory, organizational design, staffing requirements, succession planning, employee engagement etc.
The HREP plays a diagnostic, consultative and organization development (Talent Development) role.
Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic business including change management and culture development.
Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business
Actively part-take in the management teams and management meetings
To interact with the other CoE's and HR BP's to ensure that there is a consistent approach of HR and presence.
Be the conscience keeper of the organization championing the cause of employees and upholding the organization's values
Who we are looking for
Qualified HR Professionals with 7+ years of relevant work experience. Some of the key capabilities we are looking for are:
Strong business acumen and HR conceptual knowledge
Strong stakeholder management capabilities with high influencing skills
Able to work on varied and complex tasks with little or no supervision
High on courageous advocacy and coaching leadership
Must be intellectually astute and possess an analytical mindset
Good planning, organizing and coordinating competencies and able to handle multiple assignments concurrently
