Job Summary:
 
Assist and handles with labor relations and other HR matters; gather, collect, and maintains documents and records for contract and policy development - investigations and negotiations.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Adhering to regulatory standards.
Overseeing employee orientation.
Liaising between employees and management.
Managing employee complaints.
Handles routine labor relations and HR inquiries related to policies and procedures; refers complex matters to appropriate personnel.
Conducts initial investigations/interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters.
Point person for record keepings related to evidences, promotions, and terminations.
Collects reports, information and data to assess cost and policy implications of negotiations and disputes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
 
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field required.
At least 1 year of professional HR experience in Employee and Labor Relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR.
Computer literate
