Your Role and Responsibilities
This role will lead the payroll and offboarding team in Manila.
He or she will be responsible in ensuring that the team is able to execute Payroll and Offboarding activities based on the documented process and local/country and company policies
Ensure to meet SAT compliance and business controls posture and audit readiness all throughout the year
Manages the performance of the team at the team and individual level
Prepares and provides an executive/leadership report at a required frequency
Communicates leadership updates to the team as needed
Performs salary assessment / adjustments as needed based on company schedule
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related disciplines
Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English
Preferably at least 9+ Years of experience in HR or Payroll
Strong Executive presence, ability to lead large extended leadership teams
Strong knowledge of Federal, State, Country, and Local payroll policies, and procedures
Ability to analyze large data sets and see strategic opportunities
Ability to integrate people / org data for business analytics and deliver integrated insights and solutions
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong consulting and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and cross functional teams
Strong analytical skills with an expertise in analysing complex data and converting into meaningful insights
Ability to collaborate seamlessly across functions including legal, finance, business unit leaders, local teams and external consultants and advisors
Ability to communicate in a clear and compelling manner aligned with audience
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times with the ability to prioritize work when there are competing demands and urgent business needs
