Degree holder of any course

With people handling experience
With TIMEKEEPING experience is a PLUS but not required
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office, especially in EXCEL
With motorcycle is a plus.

The Operations Specialist is responsible for the following areas:
1. General Supervision
Ensure usage of Coordinators Checklist, Operations Standard Reports, etc.
Timely resolution of HR and Operational concerns/complaints of clients and deployed employees.
Conduct regular visits to clients to build rapport and validate performance of staff.
Attend client's meetings if needed.
2. Collection
Monitor the movement of the billing/invoices per account from end users to accounting to ensure on time processing of accounting.
Assist in case there are bottlenecks, and correct any cause of delays in the processing of billings.
Coordinate and work with Credit and collection team to meet the weekly target collection related to assigned accounts/clients.
3. Claims & Charges
Ensure application of claims process of the company.
Conduct regular warehouse observation to identify any critical processes in the services we provided to the client and provide recommendations/corrective actions to correct the processes.
Ensure closure of claims/charges within the set timeline.
4. DTR/Timekeeping
4.1. Prepare timekeeping reports and ensure timely submission of DTR/Timekeeping to billing.
Timely distribution of payslip.
Ensure to attend and resolve any cause of delay related to DTR Submission/Timekeeping and to ensure that payroll/billing per account will be processed and paid on time.
5. HR & Disciplinary Action
Ensure positive manning and monitor employee's attendance and corresponding sanctions due to tardiness and absences.
Administer first stage of Disciplinary Action (DA) to the employees.
Ensure compliance on proper documentation related to employment of deployed, e.g., 201 (Employment contract and pre-employment requirements) and 202 (Disciplinary, Training, Performance Evaluation records, etc.).
Prepare reports, e.g., disciplinary action, AWOL, etc. refer to Ops Standard Reports.
Monitor and resolve issues related to concerns on benefits, salaries, cash card and other personnel matters.
Application of correct due process and HR practices to prevent any labor cases.
6. Recruitment
Coordinate with HR counterpart covering delivery of service and/or closing of Manpower Request Forms (MRF) and ensure close coordination with recruitment team.
Assist recruitment team for any delay identified from the side of client.
Provide assistance to Recruitment as needed to close any outstanding MRF.
