Job Description Manage Employee Relations
Lead Recruiting Activities
Handles all employee concerns and issues
Processing general administration tasks
Monitor timekeeping
Knowledgeable on Labor Code of the Philippines
Other tasks assigned
Job Qualifications Preferably with related work experience
Can do field works/ restaurant visit
Ability to multi-task, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Charismatic, Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with diverse types of people
Self-motivated, creative, self-starter
Intermediate/advance excel, PowerPoint, MS capability
Outgoing Personality, Highly Energetic, Enthusiastic
Compensation 14820
Compensation Range ₱10,000 - ₱15,000
