The HR Coordinator or Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department.
Qualifications

Education
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum experience
At least 3 years of working experience with labor relations, compensation and benefits administration, management of employee events.
Administers and monitors government-mandated benefits
Ensures that benefits policies and procedures are properly implemented
Handles payroll preparations, individual payroll master update and other compensation administration
Monitors and prepares documents for employee movements
Responsible for creation of certificate of employment
Assists in handling minor cases for labor relations
Handles HR initiated events such as general assembly
