Your Role and Responsibilities You're likely to spend most of your time offering high quality first-line HR advice and guidance on a wide range of queries. Your key mission will be to advise on HR policy and practice relating to employment to include resolving pay and benefits issues. . Give clear explanation of HR policy to employees and counselling managers on a wide range of subjects . Make decisions and apply commercial judgement in dealing with HR policy issues e.g. parental leave, flexible working etc. . Appropriately guide employees and line management through the HR Intranet . Record details of incoming calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner, tracking through to closure/client resolution . Escalate queries requiring ongoing case support to the Help HR Counsellor Advice Team . Ensure own comprehensive knowledge of the HR Intranet and share best practice with colleagues . Coach colleagues in other UK TSS teams in area of expertise . Contribute to UK TSS and wider HR team by identifying trends or repeated queries or issues arising from HR policy or procedure . Provide support to other UK TSS teams as and when required . Build and maintain recognised levels of 'excellent' customer service . Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act at all times . Contribute to UK TSS and wider HR projects and initiatives . Commit to own personal development and completion of appropriate learning and development activities to ensure capability and skills are current . Take responsibility for keeping abreast of HR policy and process developments Required Technical and Professional Expertise We are looking for a high energy individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Human Resources or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English Similar work experience of at least 2-4 years especially in a BPO or similar fast-paced setting Good English Communication(verbal & non verbal)Skills Basic computer and internet navigation skills Amenable to working in shifting/night schedule Intermediate in MS Excel Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise ERP working experience Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Highly organized, analytical, results-oriented and has keen on details
