JOB DESCRIPTION
The human resource compliance coordinator provides assistance and facilitates the human resource process. This role is mostly focused on HR compliance and provides administrative support by collecting and updating employee's credentials, including but not limited to payroll related documents, medical forms, background checks, benefits enrollment forms payroll documents and all department specific documents as well.

Responsible to ensure all provider HR file are in compliance at all times
Monthly review of compliance portal and ensure that all necessary documents are received from providers. This will require excellent and persistent communication
Collects all necessary credentials‐ background checks and follow up consistently for renewals
Responsible to do full chart audits quarterly as instructed
Monthly Background Checks
Effectively communicate with providers to collect necessary credentials
Communicates clearly and consistently to keep appropriate departments updated to their hires
Assists with HR related projects as needed
