Role Summary
As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you will be working under the Global HR Analytics team that offers innovative reports and analysis to the business on a hybrid working environment. The team creates meaningful reports and analysis to help with business decisions and provide business insight on HR perspective.
You will also be supporting the head of C&B in setting salary bands, data analysis, market research, and data audits to develop programs to improve performance, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees.
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst serves as a technical resource to HR Leadership, HR Managers and Management for all things related to Reward data.
Key Responsibilities
Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy
Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
Analyze job descriptions evaluations and classifications for salary band purposes
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
Analyze data and costs to make recommendations on plans and policies
Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the Field
Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
Proficient in MS Excel
Familiar with PowerBI, Power Query, Power Pivot, MS Access and other similar apps and tools providing analysis
In-depth knowledge on Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
