Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Accounting or any related field, Must have at least 2-4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits specifically in Payroll, Must be knowledgeable and updated with government IRR regarding government mandated benefits, Keen to detail, highly analytical, and can accomplish tasks within the given deadline. Responsibilities: Timely processing and computation of Payroll, Timekeeping, Government benefits payment; Recommend process improvements in Compensation processes; Coordinate with employees regarding Payroll and other compensation related concerns; Work with Accounting and Treasury for the cash advances and liquidations; Process employees' exit management computations; Other Human Resource administrative tasks
