WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
You are responsible for Compensation & Benefits administration in the area of an administration of SAP HR system including data quality console, quarterly HC report and other HR reports, management of International Assignees related- tasks, support in audit process, manage the participation in Compensation and Benefits Survey and support in all statutory reportings including but not limited to labor compliance documents submission to the Ministry of Labour and NSSF. You will also be responsible for insurance plans monitoring/coordination by working closely with insurance vendors and provide support to employees in case of any question.
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration of SAP HR system:
Assist in managing SAP data for SAP quarterly data console, headcount report, SAP HR roles validation/assignment, and JSOX report.
Ensure employee data in SAP is updated and reflect the most recent information.
Perform regular data quality check to ensure data consistency and accuracy and take corrective action when appropriate.
Management of International Assignees (IA) related-tasks:
Work closely with vendor for IA's compensation and benefits tax calculation.
Liase in schooling for IA kids including sourcing for schools, perform payment.
Work with agency to source for apartments, coordinate the leasing agreement, perform payment.
Apply visa/work permit for IA and their families, etc.
Compliance
Prepare and submit quota request to the Ministry of Labour, apply for employee workbook, health check and work permit, prepare staff declaration in/out for new/resigned employees.
Assist in other legal requirements whenever necessary.
Prepare, submit and coordinate the NSSF process including monthly report and contribution as well as other adhoc related tasks with NSSF department.
Insurance Coordination:
Update new/transfer/resgined employees name list to insurance providers.
Assist in providing employees and depedents information whenever appropriate and provide support to employees for all queries related to insurance (PHI, GPA & Life).
Compensation & Benefits Survey:
Join pre- and post salary survey workshop and work on the online survey to receive the latest market data for the internal anaylsis.
Audit
Work closely with vendor to prepare documents as requested by the auditor.
External Vendors:
Work closely with procurement/finance team and external vendors to ensure PR/PO/GR process and overall payment are settled to vendors as per agreement and on time.
Raise PRs related to C&B area as of when and required.
Other (if applicable)
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent
Minumum 1-2 years experiences in HR/C&B Administration, preferably in FMCG
Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Management and Cambodia Labor Law
Basic knowledge of Compensation and Benefit administration
Experiece with HR System (SAP is preferred)
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
Detailed, high level of accuracy & confidentiality, good interpersonal skills, organised, systematic and good time management
