Provides guidance and counsel to leaders for all HR processes and procedures including: performance management, talent management, compensation planning, talent development and career development
Collects/analyzes human resources data and make recommendations to promote continual improvement
Handles complex employee relations matters, in addition to acting as a coach/consultant to employees, supervisors, and managers
Partners effectively with internal partners as well as external partners.
Enhances the HR departments reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to objectives and output.
Completes projects and special assignments determining priorities, effective time management, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making appropriate adjustment to project plans.
Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
Generates reports as may be requested (e.g., special studies) or required (e.g., weekly and monthly attrition reports)
Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
Prepares comprehensive data presentation and analysis of research findings/process assessments
Develops and implements the company's code of conduct, departmental policies and procedures to meet the needs of the organization, to comply with legal requirements, and to promote positive employee relations.
Manages employee relations issues in partnership with the HR Partners
Participates and assists in the implementation of HR-initiated programs and activities
Plans and oversees the implementation of employee wellness improvement programs to help provide employees with quality of work life
Communicates and implements HR activities.
Plans and facilitates in the implementation of organization development initiatives such as but not limited to the following - Compensation Management, Performance Management, Process and Systems Review, etc.
Monitors and ensures that the group's targets and client requirements are met
Reviews, researches, and recommends procedures to improve the department's performance as well as project deliveries.
Leads the development of new procedural or process improvement initiatives and projects.
Makes decisions in a timely manner and according to approved level of authority
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
