We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.Key Responsibilities
Drive business strategy through talent capability building by strengthening the talent pool and deepening the succession bench.
Ensure stable, high-quality staffing across functional groups and develop programs to assimilate and retain key talent.
Partner with business leaders to co-create competency models that serve as the foundation for recruitment, development, and performance management.
Design and implement critical skills enablement initiatives to close capability gaps.
Enable a performance-driven culture by aligning performance metrics, conducting assessments, and managing performance improvement cases.
Lead change management efforts, including readiness assessments, strategy creation, and training delivery.
Act as a trusted HR advisor by building strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to integrate global, regional, and local HR strategies into business operations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
At least 10 years of relevant HR or business partnering experience, including organizational development, change management, business process analysis, and/or data analytics.
Strong knowledge of organizational design, HRIS operations, and the ADDIE framework.
Proven track record in implementing organizational development initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Power BI and Power Apps.
